According to Taiwan regulations, customers with online purchases may have a refund timeframe of 7 days. This does not include opening the products or try on the products. Refunds will only be issued when new and complete products are returned. If the product returned can't be resell, it will not be refundable.
- Cancel orders：（※Only when order has not been shipped） Please leave us a message along with your order details, please note it may not be process if time is not permitted.
- Refund：（※We only offer free refund shipping on orders that was damaged, defective or wrong items shipped ）Other refund requests please ship at your own expense and within the refund timeframe of 7 days.
1. Please leave us a message with your return request. Then ship back all the return goods/free gifts for the order back to the original packaging to this address:

(Overseas orders will not be refundable, if wrong or defective products we may issue a refund or credit note)
2. If you've paid by credit card or any sorts of online payment, it may take up to 7 days to process after we've receive your returned goods.
3. If you have any questions or concerns about the return or payments please kindly contact us.
4. If you've chose Bank Transfer as payment, it will take up to 5-15 business days to issue your refund.
5. When refund, we may charge you shipping fee on the original order.
6. Custom products are not refundable and cannot be exchange. Mystery surprise products are also non-refundable.
7. Please note all sale items are in perfect conditions, we do not sell defective products and will never put them for sale. You may enjoy the sale items just as much!
- We remain the rights for all orders.
- After receiving your orders, we will ship to you within 2-5 business days. Unless some products are sold out, we will contact you with more details.
- If some products in the orders are missing or out of stock, we remain the rights to fulfill the order.
- If the products you've purchased in the past 7 days have been on sale, we will give you credit note of the difference. This does not include other promotions. We remain the final decisions.
