Shipping Terms and Conditions

 Our products are sent straight from Taiwan. Any orders outside of Taiwan will take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the freight.

Product Substitution and/or Removals

We reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts. At our discretion, we may also remove of any out of stock item(s) from the order to prevent delays in shipping. If an item in your order is unable to be fulfilled, you will not be charged for it, and we will send you an email notification.
